By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the first named person on the booking, you, represent that you agree on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking (“You”) that he/she agrees that – (i) he/she is at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that You are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and You have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site; (ii) permitted to purchase those Services; (iii) consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements); (iv) accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking; and (v) may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

TLC Worldwide Travel is the owner of this website, and these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, are the legal framework that governs the use of this website. TLC Worldwide Travel reserves the right to amend all or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

We accept no liability in relation to any contract You enter into or for any travel arrangements or other services You purchase (“Arrangements”) or for the acts or omissions of any supplier or other person(s) or party(ies) (“Supplier/Principal”) connected with such Arrangements. For all Arrangements, your contract shall be with the Supplier of the Arrangements in question as appears on your booking confirmation email.

OUR ROLE
When making your booking we shall arrange for You to enter into a contract with the applicable Supplier/Principal (e.g. accommodation company) of the Arrangements, as specified on your confirmation invoice. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Supplier/Principal or for the services provided by them. Your booking with us is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier/Principal(s) You contract with. It is strongly recommended that You read both carefully prior to making any bookings. The Supplier/Principal’s booking conditions may limit and/or exclude the Supplier/Principal's liability to You. Please ask us for copies of these if You do not have them.
Your booking is confirmed and a contract between You and the Supplier/Principal shall exist when we send You confirmation on their behalf.

BOOKING SITE - CONDITIONS OF USE

‘Travel Credits’ is an online booking platform where users can redeem a Travel Credit by entering a unique booking code – hereinafter the “Promotional Code” and pin number distributed after valid participation in one of the promotional campaigns organised by us ("Promotional Campaign”). The Promotional Code, combined with a supplied pin code is exchangeable for credit usable against a booking at a chosen participating venue when booked via our website.

Access to this website is not permitted to persons under the age of 18.

The use of this website by any user deems automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings can only be made via this website via completion of the online booking form. Any booking made directly with the hotel shall neither be honoured nor reimbursed by us.

The list of participating hotels featured on our website remains subject to change, promotional availability, and possible modifications by us.

The user is solely responsible for providing his or her personal data correctly in the process of registering and exchanging the promotional code. We reserve the right to exclude any user from the Services offered on this website who has provided false personal data or who attempts to make fraudulent use of the platform, without any compensation, prejudice to other actions that may be appropriate in law. Likewise, temporary and/or anonymous e-mail addresses shall be considered invalid.

We are not responsible if the user has not received the booking confirmation email because the personal data provided was incorrect.

We shall treat the personal data of the users in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You shall not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any content of this website, nor impersonate other users by using their Promotional Codes to enjoy the various services and/or content offered by this website. We reserve the right to require members to provide further verification of their entitlement to participate.

If the user violates or breaches any of the rules outlined here or any other regulation of the applicable legal system that causes damages to us, the user shall be responsible for any claim, fine or sanction that may be imposed on us.

PROMOTIONAL CODE - CONDITIONS OF USE

The Promotional Code shall have a period of validity that shall be defined in the terms and conditions of the Promotional Campaign.

The Promotional Code is nominative and shall allow access to the platform as many times as necessary, during its period of validity, until the user makes a booking via our webiste. Once the Booking has been made the Promotional Code shall no longer be valid. No extension request by the user shall be accepted by us.

BOOKING

The booking process shall be as follows:

A monetary value shall be shown in the user’s account appropriate for the promotional campaign, and all or part shall be applied to the total value of the hotel stay selected.

In the event that part of the balance can be applied to the total value of the hotel stay, the user shall be required to pay the remaining balance.

Once the user has selected the hotel of their choice, they must confirm their details and shall automatically receive an email booking confirmation with relevant details of the venue they have booked.

When a booking is made all details shall be displayed on the booking webpage of our website. Once You have confirmed these details we shall proceed to confirm the booking with the Supplier/Principal named in your booking confirmation email.

Please check all the information mentioned in the booking including all names, dates, and timings are correct on receipt of the confirmation, and advise us of any errors immediately. In the instance of international travel, please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport.
The booking information that You provide to us shall be passed on only to the relevant Supplier/Principal of your Arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your Arrangements. The information may be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any special category (sensitive) information that You give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary and religious requirements. In making this booking, You consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit checking companies. If You are travelling to the United States, the US Customs and Border Protection shall receive this information for the purposes of preventing and combating terrorism and other transnational serious crimes. If You travel outside the European Economic Area, controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we shall be unable to provide your booking. Full details of our data protection policy are available upon request.

PAYMENT

In order to book your chosen Arrangements, You must in full as required by the Supplier/Principal of the Arrangements. You can pay by credit/debit card. Your credit-debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

Except where otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the Supplier/Principal concerned, all monies You pay to us for Arrangements shall be held on behalf of the Supplier/Principal and forwarded on to the Supplier/Principal in accordance with our agreement with the Supplier/Principal.

PRICES

We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices.
Special Note: Changes and errors sometimes occur.

You must check the price of your chosen Arrangements at the time of booking. We shall not be liable to you for any inconvenience, loss or damages incurred due to any changes and/or errors.

In some instances, you may incur additional payment charges from your bank or currency conversion charges from our base currency, GBP, to your local currency.

HOTEL LOYALTY PROGRAMS

If You are a hotel loyalty program member, when booking hotels through our platform, please note that your hotel loyalty program benefits may not apply. It is your responsibility to check with the hotel first if You shall receive benefits when booking through a wholesaler and not direct with the hotel. Please note that we shall not able to assist in adding loyalty program benefits should your online booking not be eligible.

INSURANCE

Many Supplier/Principals require You to take out travel insurance as a condition of booking with them. In any such event, we strongly advise that You take out a policy of insurance in order to cover You against the cost of cancellation by You; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of an accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
If You have any special requests (for example dietary requirements, cots, or room location), please let us know at the time of booking by emailing customerservice_uae@travelcredits.com. We shall relay all such requests to the Supplier/Principal, although we cannot guarantee that they shall be fulfilled, and we shall not be held liable for any reason, whatsoever, if they are not.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINE OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email to customerservice_uae@travelcredits.com and shall take effect at the time we receive it.
Note: All our customer service team operates 09.00-16:00 weekdays only, so requests much be received no later than an hour before close of business.

Please ensure that You have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel. Whilst we shall try to assist, we cannot guarantee that the Supplier/Principal shall meet such requests. Amendments and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier/Principal of your Arrangements. The Supplier/Principal may charge the cancellation or amendment charges shown in their booking conditions (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the Arrangements and shall normally increase closer to the date of departure).
Note: Some Supplier/Principals do not allow changes and therefore full cancellation charges shall apply.

If You should choose not to travel and do not make arrangements to change or cancel the booking, this shall be classified as a ‘no show’, users shall lose their right to their hotel stay and shall not be able to rebook another stay via our website. You shall have no right to any substitute offer, no compensation of any kind or cash equivalent.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE SUPPLIER/PRINCIPAL

We shall inform You as soon as reasonably possible if the Supplier/Principal needs to make a significant change to your confirmed Arrangements or to cancel them. We shall also liaise between You and the Supplier/Principal in relation to any alternative arrangements offered by the supplier but we shall have no further liability to You.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BOOKING

Your contract is with the Supplier/Principal and its booking conditions apply. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the Arrangements. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the Arrangements that we pass on to You in good faith. However, in the event that we are found liable to You on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to You is limited to twice the cost of the commission we earn on your booking with the hotel via our website (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

VISA, PASSPORT AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and You should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates of the concerned country where You have made the booking. Neither we nor the Supplier/Principal accept any responsibility if You cannot travel because You have not complied with any passport, visa, or immigration requirements. Please note that these requirements may change between booking and departure. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. You should check with your doctor for your specific circumstances in relation to any health formalities required for your trip.

You should enquire about local issues and conditions at overseas destinations prior to travel. TLC Worldwide Travel Ltd makes no representations as to the safety, conditions, or other issues that may exist at any destination. Travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including local governments, local consular offices, and the website of your country’s Foreign Office.

COMPLAINTS

If You wish to complain about any Service we have provided to You (i.e. our booking service) then please contact us directly at customerservice_uae@travelcredits.com.

As the contract for your hotel stay is between You and the Supplier/Principal, any queries or concerns about your Arrangements should be addressed to them. If You have an issue with your Arrangements whilst using them, this must be reported to the Supplier/Principal immediately. Failure to follow this procedure may limit the Supplier/Principal’s ability to investigate and rectify your complaint. The amount of compensation You may be entitled to may therefore be reduced or extinguished as a result.

If You wish to complain when You return home, write to the Supplier/Principal directly. You shall see their name and contact details in any confirmation documents we send You.

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS

All documents (e.g. booking confirmations / invoices) shall be sent to You by email. You must ensure that You provide your correct email address at the time of booking. If tickets or other documents need to be reissued please email our customer service team at customerservice_uae@travelcredits.com quoting your username and the name of the Promotional Campaign. Please check your email regularly to ensure prompt receipt of any relevant communications. The fares shown on this website can be purchased only in conjunction with the website. TLC Worldwide Travel Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of any failure of email delivery (irrespective of the reason for such failure)

It is expressly agreed that the data stored in the information systems of our website, or its partners shall constitute proof with respect to the bookings made by the user.
